Detail Of Each Report

There are 3 means of reporting:

EMS
Facsimile
Internet Online Report

Three results of FAST TRACK will be reported for each sample:

Microscopic examination reports within 24 hours ( online )
Detection of genetic material reports within 7-14 days ( online )
Drug Sensitivity Pattern and Species Identification reports within 1 month ( online, EMS or Facsimile)

The result of DIRECT SUSCEPTIBILITY will be reported within 1 month

Online Report:

User has to register with us before using the online service by sending an application with the specimen or via email.
The access can be achieved one week after you got user name and password.
The result of each specimen can be reported on the web site for one month after that it will be deleted.
Only results of AFB and FAST TRACK that reported on the web site. The full report will be sent to you by mail.

Requirement For Registration

Request for username and password by:

Inform us your (sending together with specimen and request form of each test)

- Name and surname both in Thai and English (physician or related staff only)

- Hospital's name (Thai and English)

or register via email. Send an email with the subject of "registration" and inform the information mentioned above to siacp@mahidol.ac.th or sitpm@mahidol.ac.th

Note: The result is private information and should be kept as secret. The person who can see the online report needs user name, password and other information like H.N. no., etc. Please do not tell your user name and password to others.
